生料带的耐温性能

生料带是液体管道安装中常用的一种辅助用品,用于管件连接处,增强管道连接处的密闭性。生料带是一种新颖理想的密封材料。由于其无毒、无味、优良的密封性、绝缘性、耐腐性,被广泛应用于水处理、天然气、化工、塑料、电子工程等领域。
生料带结晶度为90~95%,熔融温度为327~342℃。
 
生料带化学名称是聚四氟乙烯,暖通和给排水中普遍使用普通白色聚四氟乙烯带,而天然气管道等也有专门的聚四氟乙烯带,其实主要原料都为聚四氟乙烯,只不过一些工艺不一样。
 
聚四氟乙烯相对分子质量较大,低的为数十万,高的达一千万以上,一般为数百万(聚合度在104数量级,而聚乙烯仅在103)。
 
一般结晶度为90~95%,熔融温度为327~342℃。聚四氟乙烯分子中CF2单元按锯齿形状排列,由于氟原子半径较氢稍大,所以相邻的CF2单元不能完全按反式交叉取向,而是形成一个螺旋状的扭曲链,氟原子几乎覆盖了整个高分子链的表面。
 

 

这种分子结构解释了聚四氟乙烯的各种性能。温度低于19℃时,形成13/6螺旋;在19℃发生相变,分子稍微解开,形成15/7螺旋。

The relative molecular mass of polytetrafluoroethylene is larger, ranging from one hundred thousand to more than ten million, and is generally one million (degree of polymerization is in the order of 104, while polyethylene is only in the order of 103) . The average crystallinity is 90 ~ 95% and the melting temperature is 327 ~ 342 °C. The CF2 units in the polytetrafluoroethylene molecule are arranged in a zigzag pattern. Because the radius of the fluorine atom is slightly larger than that of hydrogen, the neighboring CF2 units can not be completely trans-oriented, but instead form a helical twisted chain The fluorine atoms almost cover the whole surface of the polymer chain. This molecular structure explains the properties of polytetrafluoroethylene. At temperatures below 19 °C, a 13 / 6 Helix is formed, and at 19 °C, a phase transition occurs in which the molecule is slightly unraveled to form a 15 / 7 Helix.
